HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other field teams

An AI assistant for home services calls.

When the crew is under a house or on a roof, Ava asks what failed, where it is, and whether anyone is in danger.

The call

An urgent call and an estimate call hit the same phone, and the owner is already on a job.

Ava is an AI assistant for that first conversation. She asks whether anyone is hurt or in immediate danger, what is happening, and the service address. A life-safety emergency is told to call 911. She does not dispatch a technician, promise an arrival time, or diagnose the equipment. She saves an urgent lead for your team.

What Ava asks

Industry-specific questions. The same limit: she saves the lead for your team.

No heat, no cooling, or no power

Ava asks what the home is doing and whether anyone is unsafe, then saves it for your team.

Active leak or burst pipe

She takes the address and what the caller can see. She does not tell them how to repair it.

Burning smell or a dead outlet

Electrical danger is captured in the caller's words. She does not troubleshoot the panel.

Estimate and maintenance requests

Non-emergency work is still written down so your team can call back and confirm a time.

Saved for your team

Your services. Your questions. Your callback.

Appointment booking is coming soon. Ava does not book during the call, and she does not transfer the live call.

  • Whether anyone is in danger
  • What is happening, in the caller's words
  • Service address
  • Callback number and how soon they need someone

Trades

Start closer to the calls you already get.

Clear limits

Ava does not replace 911, dispatch a truck, or promise an arrival. Live transfer to an on-call technician is coming soon. Today the urgent lead is saved for your team.

Start from HVAC, plumbing, or electrical if you want the calls for that trade. Auto shops have their own page.
